In April 2021, RPPI increased monthly by 2.0 percent, recorded an annual increase of 32.4 percent in nominal terms and 13.0 percent in real terms.
The Residential Property Price Index (RPPI) (2017=100), which measures quality adjusted price changes of dwellings in Turkey stands at 168.8 in April 2021 by a monthly increase
of 2.0 percent.
The RPPI increased annually by 32.4 percent in nominal terms and by 13.0 percent in real terms.
In April 2021, the RPPI increased monthly by 1.5, 1.5 and 1.4 percent in İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir respectively. İstanbul, Ankara and İzmir recorded an annual increase of 28.6, 29.8 and 34.3 percent respectively.
